The Skyglaze Fixed range of flat roof skylights offer industry leading performance.

Delivered as a complete all-in-one unit, including a factory glazed frame and with an optional fully insulated upstand with all fixings, the skylight is easily assembled on-site within minutes.

The latest requirements are surpassed with Skyglaze. Building insulation is greatly improved, reducing energy wastage and ultimately saving money and the environment.

The optional upstand is designed to provide a pitch of 5 degrees, ensuring water run-off and excellent self-cleaning characteristics. Combine this with the entirely maintenance free construction plus a 10 year warranty and it is easy to see why Skyglaze is a market leader.

Internal finishes can be seamlessly integrated using the unique Decorstop™ feature, while the slimline external capping can be factory coated to a vast array of colours, providing complete control over a buildings aesthetic appeal.

Available in a range of four standard sizes, and many other non standard sizes with or without an upstand, Skyglaze satisfies all environments.

Slimline External Capping	Pre-cut and mitred for easy push fit assembly. Available in a range of colours to suit requirements. Provides stylish and secure exterior finish that conceals all fixings. Constructed from extruded aluminium, polyester powder coated to all external surfaces.
Factory Glazed Frame	Fully assembled frame complete with a factory bonded insulating glass unit, pre-drilled for simple fixing to the upstand. Thermally broken to eliminate cold bridging and condensation. Frame incorporates unique Decorstop™ feature which facilitates seamless integration of internal finishes. Constructed from thermally broken extruded aluminium, polyester powder coated (white internally/black externally). Glazed with a 26mm insulating glass unit, comprising of 4mm clear toughened outer, 16mm argon filled cavity and a 6mm clear toughened super low "E" coated inner pane.
Insulated Upstand	Optional. The glass rooflights can be fitted to 50mm thick timber upstands built by others. Otherwise exterior grade OSB insulated upstand supplied flat-pack for on site assembly. Complete with brackets and all fixings. Constructed from 9mm skinned exterior grade OSB sheet with isowool packed cavity bonded to European whitewood framing.
Fixings	All fixings A2 stainless steel.
Sealants	All sealants are low modulus neutral cure, factory applied in a controlled environment.
Installation	Each unit is supplied complete with an illustrated installation manual.
